JOB DETAILS:

• Night security/porter is responsible for overseeing night internal security and ensure incident free by ensuring taking measures to avert any criminal acts within the property.

Responsibilities;

• To ensure that strict security is maintained in respect of all money, keys, guest property, lost property and hotel equipment as per the Motel standards.

• To work hand in hand with private security firm to ensure enhanced security.

• To address complaints properly and deal with situations smoothly as and when they arrive.

• Ensure lost property is labelled, bagged and handed to the Night Manager for safe keeping on a daily basis

• Report all maintenance faults to the Night manager or maintenance Manager

Qualification

1. Grade 12 certificate/GCE,

2. Security Guarding experience preferred. General hospitality added advantage

3. 5-year work experience in the hospitality set-up
