Department : Administration Reports

To : General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and best practices in alignment with company goals.

• Oversee recruitment processes, including advertising, interviewing, and on-boarding new employees.

• Support performance management by coordinating appraisals and developing employee growth plans.

• Maintain accurate employee records and manage payroll, leave, and benefits administration.

• Handle employee relations by resolving workplace issues and fostering a positive work environment and industrial harmony.

• Organize training and development programs to build employee skills and promote career growth.

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

• Actively contribute to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.

  
  

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR role, preferably in the Hospitality sector.

• Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
