Position Overview:

The Barman will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages while delivering exceptional service in a refined and elegant environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of mixology, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes

• Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests at the bar

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times

• Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed

• Ensure all beverages are served responsibly and in line with legal and resort guidelines

• Engage with guests, offer drink recommendations, and provide knowledgeable service

• Handle cash and card transactions accurately

• Support bar opening and closing procedures

• Collaborate with restaurant and service staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a bartender or barman in a fine dining or luxury hospitality setting

• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Professional appearance and courteous attitude

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

• Certification in bartending or mixology is an added advantage

• Responsible and trustworthy with handling of cash and alcohol
